Traditional pressing in steel tanks with maceration of the skins and cold fermentation. Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Fresh and fruity on the nose, it has a dry, delicate and elegant flavor with an almond aftertaste. It goes well with appetizers, fish dishes, light and delicate dishes in general.
